Naomi is a competitive outrigger canoer of 10 years and having been competitive as an equestrian as well as in athletics, basketball and soccer, Naomi has taken 17 years of weight training onto the stage as a Figure bodybuilding competitor, having competed in 7 shows Naomi placed 2nd and 1st in two regional shows in Austraila and 2nd, 4th & 7th in three National Championships.

Through her achievements, Naomi qualified for the World Championships and Figure Universe competing in Toronto, Canada and Miami, Florida respectively where she placed 4th and 6th on the world stage and 8th at Figure Universe in June 2008.

Figure bodybuilding also enabled Naomi to successfully reach the top 20 female Gladiator selection of 2008 television series.
